By creating an account on ComoRicordo ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

2. Authorship and Accountability

Each biography created on the Platform has exactly one Author — its creator. As the Author, you are solely and fully accountable for all content within any biography you create, including any third-party references, quotes, testimonials you choose to incorporate, or other input you include. There is no mechanism for co-authorship on the Platform, and responsibility for content accuracy and appropriateness rests entirely with you as the Author.

3. Content Standards and Removal

Content you publish is not subject to pre-publication review by ComoRicordo. By publishing a biography, you acknowledge and agree that ComoRicordo (operated by TeamInova) may remove any published content from the Platform at its sole discretion if it is deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms — with or without prior notice to you.

4. Comments, Testimonials, and Messages

Other users may submit comments, testimonials, private messages, or fact disputes on a Published, Public biography. These submissions remain separate from the biography's published content unless you, as the Author, deliberately choose to incorporate them. The comment system is one-way: submitters should not expect a reply mechanism through the Platform.

5. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information, including your real name and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Reporting Content

Any visitor may report content that appears inappropriate. ComoRicordo will review reported content and may act on it at its sole discretion.

7. Account Closure and Content Disposition
