The first years, in a real book.

A Memory in the Baby template: each moment with its date and the child’s age, the “You arrived!” card, parts like “The wait”, and a square book to print. The pictures are from Helena’s book, an example family.

1 Start

A Memory, and “yes” to the child question.

On your Dashboard, tap New Memory. Give it a title and answer the question about the child.

    The titleThe book’s name: “Helena’s memories”. You can change it whenever you like.
  • 2
    The child questionWith “yes”, the page can never be Public: only you, the people you invite and whoever has the link can see it.
  • 3
    The Baby templateIt appears right there: six colours, the age at each moment and the birth card.

2 The birth

The “You arrived!” card.

The day, the time, the weight and the length, like a hospital card. The book can start before, during the wait: the day of birth is where the ages are counted from.

    The day of birthIt gives the age at each moment: “3 months”, “1 year and 2 months”.

    Time, weight, lengthWritten as you like: “4:52”, “3.2 kg”, “49 cm”.
  • 3
    In the bookA page just for the card, right after the moment of the birth.

3 The moments

One moment at a time.

Under Days and moments, tap + Add a day or moment. Each one has its name, its date, its text, written or spoken, and its photos.

    Name and dateA day, a month or a year. A moment that lasted? “March to April 2022”.
  • 2
    A first time“First steps”, “first word”: it becomes a stamp on the moment.
  • 3
    In quotation marksA line in quotation marks, like “so it’s real”, can become the highlight of a page in the book.

    The age, by itselfCounted from the birth. Nobody has to do the sums.

4 The parts

The wait, the first year, growing up.

Tap + A new part, give it a name and, in the list, drag the part to the moment where it starts. It runs until the next one.
